Winterfest® White Party kicks off Winterfest® Season of Events

The Marriott Harbor Beach of Fort Lauderdale transformed to a wonderland of glitz, glam and white. The by-invitation-only Winterfest® White Party signals the beginning of the popular Winterfest® season. Attendees became a sea of white as we honored our sponsors, media partners, board of directors and everyone that makes Winterfest® a success each year.

This year’s poster by artist Nadine Floyd, was unveiled depicting the theme: “TV’s Greatest Hits” along with Parade announcements of the Grand Marshal Flo Rida and celebrity guest David Cassidy. EventLuxe created the South Beach chic ambiance as attendees celebrate the night away with Cirque du Soleil theme entertainment created by Rock with U and Sixth Star Entertainment.

Guests enjoyed delicacies from the New Shooters Restaurant and other restaurants along with Publix creating delights with Swanson’s and the Citrus Council. Southern Wine & Spirits signature bars featured Moet & Chandon Ice, Milestone Wines and Michelob Ultra.

LISA SCOTT-FOUNDS HONORED BY PRESIDENT, GOVERNOR AND LOCAL REPRESENTATIVES FOR HER 20 YEARS WITH WINTERFEST

President and CEO Lisa Scott-Founds received letters from President Barack Obama and Florida Governor Rick Scott congratulating
her on her twenty years of achievements, dedication and passion for Winterfest. The framed letters along with a historic video and gifts from Winterfest® friends were given to Mrs. Founds during the Winterfest® White Party in November.
