Kendall Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Rosé
Coming primarily from Monterey and Mendocino’s cool coastal vineyards, the Pinot Noir is bright, juicy and vibrant with delicate floral and pink citrus fruit nuances. The Syrah in this wine contributes a beautiful pink/coral color and strawberry fruit notes. Stainless steel fermentation retains the bright fruit character, freshness and purity of the wine and makes it perfect for sipping on its own or paired with bright spring and summertime meals. Paired with shrimp ceviche.
Willakenzie Willamette Valley Rosé
WillaKenzie Estate’s 2018 Rosé is refreshing and classy in style. This expressive wine is both floral and fruit driven, with notes of passion fruit, citrus zest and a hint of minerality. The aromas and flavors carry through to a texturally complete, well-balanced palate that offers the right amount of tension and creaminess. Paired with grilled chicken and Italian salsa verde.
Copain Tous Ensemble Rosé of Pinot Noir
Our 2018 Tous Ensemble Rosé of Pinot Noir exudes aromatics of pink grapefruit, strawberries, white peach and freshly plucked rose petals. With a subtle hue of pale salmon, this rosé produces notes of melon, fresh cherries, lychee and anise. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, this wine demonstrates freshness and a long, mouthwatering finish. Paired with creamy smoked salmon and chive pasta/
