THIRD ANNUAL TRU-HEARTS WAS A HEARTWARMING LUNCHEON
IN SUPPORT OF THE HEART GALLERY OF BROWARD COUNTY
More than 100 guests recently attended the Heart Gallery of Broward County’s Tru-Hearts luncheon at Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House to honor Debbie Banks Snyder and the Banks Family, owners of the iconic Lago Mar Resort in Fort Lauderdale. This third annual luncheon raised nearly $12,000 while spotlighting those who are making a difference in the lives of children and families.
“Heart Gallery of Broward is grateful for those who attended and sponsored our heartwarming luncheon,” said Yvette DuBose, executive director of the Heart Gallery of Broward County. “It was our honor to recognize Debbie Banks Snyder and the Banks family for their role in helping us fulfill our mission to find loving homes for the hardest-to-place kids.”
Guests of the luncheon enjoyed Truluck’s fine food and service. Informal modeling was presented by Dillard’s and the special awards presentation included guest speaker, Fernando Lopez, a new adoptive parent. Plus, a raffle featuring prizes from Spirit Airlines, Neiman Marcus, Fort Lauderdale Country Club, Truluck’s, Dillard’s and Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club.
This event was made possible by Big Heart Presenting Sponsor Andrew Wurtele, plus other valued sponsors: The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House, Real Estate Analysts and Miller Construction Company.
