Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward, the donor-funded organization challenged everyone in Broward to come out and BOWL for Kids’ Sake on June 30, and they did just that! This years’ theme “The Bowling Stones” saw more than 400 bowlers filling the lanes at Sparez in Davie. Both avid bowlers and novices alike, came out theme together to have fun and help raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County’s at-risk youth mentoring programs.

 
Bowling is a game that is pure fun, and allows everyone to be a kid again. This is a great opportunity for us to give back to our community and help change the lives of the kids enrolled in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. I thoroughly enjoy this event every year and feel good that we are helping for the children in our community. Bowl for Kids’ Sake is a grassroots event that gives everyone the chance to join us as champions for children to raise funds critical to the success of Big Brothers Big Sisters’ mentoring programs.” said Lisa Davis, Corporate Philanthropy Business Specialist for JM Family Enterprises, and Chair of the event. “We are so excited that we have the support and generosity of SpareZ who underwrites this event for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
