Elastic Mind – Christmas Codito Carnaval

The Elastic Mind Project a 501c3 non-profit  operating in the barrios of Colombia holds its 3^rd annual gala festival and fundraiser at Chima Steak House on Las Olas Blvd. 

This is the third year in a row that The Elastic Mind Project and Chima Steak House join forces to celebrate and raise funds to continue the educational programs in Colombia. The night was filled with VIP hor d’ oeuvers provided by Chima Steak house, drinks, professional photos at the door along with an inspiring Capoeira show by Corpo E Movimento Capoeira Academy and  Brazilian Carnival dance provided by Haus of Angels which capped the nights festivities. This year ‘s end event at Chima was attended by over 75 community leaders along with the families and friends of the The Elastic Mind Project.

The Elastic Mind Project is a secular organization focused on a whole life philosophy combining science, technology, arts, meditation, empathy training and multi-cultural programs.  This approach gives the children skills that will allow them to navigate the complex labyrinth out of the grip of generational poverty, and into a productive and positive role in society.  to learn more visit or website:
