Multiple Sclerosis Foundation Rounds Up Auction Items
Elegantly At Alpine Jaguar For Its Dec. 6 ‘Hats Off Gala’

Talk about a snazzy prelude for a charity gala! Alpine Jaguar and TD Bank hosted a reception Thursday, October 16 at the dealership geared towards collecting silent auction items for the 2014 Multiple Sclerosis Foundation Gala honoring Dr. Daniel Kantor on Dec. 6.

Guests arrived at Alpine Jaguars’ stunning showroom bearing one-of-a-kind items for the auction baskets, including units of Botox®, Lipo and B-12 shots (provided by Wellness and Hormone Centers of America™ ), Google tablets (donated by Alexander J. Irvine, an MSF supporter), and a custom-made sterling silver necklace decorated with fresh water pearls, blue topaz, and Swarovski elements.
Other items donated were a signed football by Lee Corso, ESPN College Gameday analyst and Former Florida State quarterback, and stunning “Tree at Sunset” matted photo and professional portrait package from PhotographsByPhoenix.com. These items and many more, will be available for bidding on December 6th at the Hats Off Gala.
In true MSF fashion, the night held many memorable moments: Damian Polgar, Jaguar Executive of Direct Sales, and TD Banks’ Hermes Alvarez both provided touching accounts of their personal experiences with MSF, and why they chose to lend their support to the organization. Both Dr. Marietta and Ira Glazer, nominated as Fearless Volunteers of the Year, spoke about the prestigious honor of their MSF recognition.
Guests enjoyed delicious food prepared by III Forks; a menu which included meatballs, bruschetta, and chocolate covered strawberries, while “Two Story Lori”, the DJ of the evening, performed and kept guests entertained well into the night.
Sponsors of the gala, which is set for Saturday, December 6th, at the Hyatt Regency Pier 66, include: Novartis Pharmaceutical, Lorraine Thomas, Genzyme, Biogen Idec, TEVA Shared Solutions, Bayer, Questcor, Jaguar, MDW Insurance and CBIZ.
