2-1-1 BROWARD HONORS COMMUNITY PARTNERS AT KIP HUNTER MARKETING “MAKING REAL CONNECTIONS” BREAKFAST

 More than 300 people attended the Kip Hunter Marketing “Making Real Connections” Breakfast presented by Baptist Health on Tuesday, April 30th, at Signature Grand in Davie. The event benefitted 2-1-1 Broward and raised more than $76,000 for the organization.

Guests enjoyed networking and a buffet breakfast while honoring local individuals and organizations that have played key roles in helping 2-1-1 Broward accomplish its goals.

Broward College President Gregory Adam Haile served as the Keynote Speaker and representatives from 2-1-1 Broward, and supporting organizations, made remarks and introduced the morning’s honorees. Speakers from 2-1-1 Broward included Sheila Smith, President/CEO of 2-1-1 Broward; Kip Hunter-Epstein, Founder & CEO of Kip Hunter Marketing; Kate Goldman, Director, Government & Community Relations at Baptist Health and Mike Wild, 2-1-1 Broward Chairman of the Board.

2-1-1 Broward honored BBX Capital and its Family of Companies: BBX Capital Real Estate, Bluegreen Vacations, Hoffman’s Chocolates, IT’SUGAR, MOD Pizza and The Altman Companies; Broward Business Council on Homelessnessa partnership between United Way of Broward County and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance; the Leo Goodwin Foundation; Coral Springs Community Chest; Gavin Gaukroger, as Board Ambassador; and Jonathan Roaf, a Club 2-1-1 Ambassador.
