LOCAL LEADING MEN TOOK CENTER STAGE TO BENEFIT 12 CHARITIES DURING THE GALLERIA’S9TH ANNUAL MEN OF STYLE SHOPPING NIGHT

Nearly 1,000 of Broward’s finest business and community leaders gathered for The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale’s Men of Style Shopping Night presented by Alpine Jaguar and Signature Grand. The evening of food, fashion and fun recognized 12 of Broward’sleading men, each representing a participating charity: Blair Adams (Jack & Jill Children’s Center), Tim Cronin (Leadership Broward Foundation), Michael Farver (Women in Distress of Broward County), Ryan Ferderer (Take Stock in Children), Robert LeBlanc (Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theatre), Gerry Litrento (Henderson Behavioral Health), Brad Minto (Broward Center for the Performing Arts), Steve Nudelberg (ArtServe), Stephen Pattison (ARC Broward), Henry Pisano (Art and Culture Center of Hollywood), Mike Sipe (Kids in Distress) and Michael Wild (HANDY).

“We are grateful for the overwhelming support of our signature event, which raised $65,000 for local charities,” said Melissa Milroy, senior marketing manager at The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. “The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale remains committed to the local community and we look forward to hosting this great event for many years to come.”

Art and Culture Center of Hollywood received an additional $1,000 from The Galleriaat Fort Lauderdale for selling the most tickets to the event.

VIP guests started the evening at Truluck’s for a wine reception,sponsored by Coral Ridge Yacht Club, before enjoying the main event on the east end of The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. Guests then enjoyed some of their favorite culinary delights and bar selections from P.F. Chang’s, The Capital Grille, Truluck’s,Blue Martini, Seasons 52, Coral Ridge Yacht Club, Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six,Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Sweeter Days Bake Shop, ARC Broward Culinary Institute, Beauty and the Feast and Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. An Ultra VIP package, sponsored by BankUnited, treated guests to front row seating, private bar access during the event and an exclusive after-party at Blue Martini.

The highlight of the event was the high energy men’s runway show, hosted by WSVN news anchor Diana Diaz, which featured the 2015 Men of Style honorees modeling the latest fashions from Dillard’s and Macy’s with a special finale sponsored by papi.

Event attendees received the exclusive Men of Style Shopping Night “Passport to Savings,” featuring store incentives valued at far more than the cost of the event ticket from select mall retailers and restaurants, including Ann Taylor, Cole Haan, Macy’s, Sephora and many more.
